- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

For the Buffalo Sauce:

- 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste

**Instructions:**

1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with vegetable oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder until well-coated.

3. Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Make sure the wings are spread out in a single layer to ensure even cooking.

4. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. You can flip them halfway through for even crispiness.

5. While the wings are baking, make the buffalo sauce. In a saucepan, combine the hot sauce, melted butter, white vinegar, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring until well combined. Taste and adjust the spiciness to your liking.

6. Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and place them in a large mixing bowl.

7. Pour the buffalo sauce over the hot wings and toss to coat them evenly.

8. Serve the chicken wings with celery sticks and your choice of dipping sauce, such as ranch or blue cheese dressing.

These homemade chicken wings are a flavorful and spicy treat that's sure to be a hit at your potluck. Enjoy!
